Akwa Ibom Youth And Women Entrepreneurship Summit. #AYWES2026 is powered by Happy Hour Connect Initiative, a human resource strategy initiatve specializing in strategic productivity and workplace innovation planning and development.
The summit is scheduled to be held at Technology Incubation Center in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on the 15th of July, 2026, with the theme: “Export for Economic Recovery – Onboard your products and services in the global market connect…”

The summit aims to create a platform for young professionals and entrepreneurs to network, connect, learn, and grow together.

Apart from the insightful sessions during the summit, there will be interactive workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, allowing participants to connect with like-minded individuals, mentors, and potential collaborators. AYWES 2025: Akwa Ibom Youths and Women Entrepreneurs Summit Charts Path to Global Markets

The 2025 Akwa Ibom Youths and Women Entrepreneurs Summit (AYWES) concluded successfully in Uyo with a strong call for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and innovators to embrace export opportunities as a pathway to economic growth, wealth creation, and sustainable development.

Held at the Technology Incubation Centre (TIC), Uyo, the two-day summit brought together entrepreneurs, policymakers, export experts, business leaders, development partners, and aspiring business owners under the theme “Export for Economic Growth and Recovery: Onboarding Made-in-Akwa Ibom Products and Services in the Global Market.” The event was organized to commemorate World Youth Skills Day 2025 and to equip participants with practical knowledge on accessing international markets.

The Akwa Ibom Youth Entrepreneurs Summit (AYES 2024) brought together aspiring and established young entrepreneurs in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on July 15th and 16th, 2024. Held at Vika Farms Limited in Mbak Etoi, the summit, themed "Innovative Solutions to Contemporary Challenges: Back to Farm Strategies," provided a platform for insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and practical skills development. Sponsored by the Happy Hour Connect Initiative, AYES 2024 aimed to inspire and empower the youth to embrace agribusiness and contribute to the economic growth of the state.
